Ursolic Acid Study:

In a recent university study, Ursolic Acid was demonstrated to enhance the expression of a specific IGF-1 gene resulting in muscle tissue hypertrophy. This research study consisted of 14 male and female athletic test subjects ranging in age from 25-49 years and divided into 2 groups. The results of this study were based upon hydrostatic body composition testing.

The test subjects using Ursolic Acid realized a 413% greater increase in lean mass compared to the placebo group. The test subjects using Ursolic Acid also realized an average change in body fat mass of -5.0lbs, as compared to the placebo group, which had an average change in fat mass of +.583.
