Shipping Policy

At Strong Supplement Shop, we aim to provide efficient and reliable shipping services to our customers. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:

Shipping Destinations

We ship anywhere within the United States, Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom, as well as to most other countries. Some exclusions apply, and we reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain countries.

Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination it will be traveling to. Shipping estimates are pulled directly from USPS' API. We also offer flat rate shipping options for domestic orders shipping within the United States.

Shipping Methods

We use USPS and UPS for domestic orders. For international orders, we use USPS and DHL. The choice of carrier will depend on the destination and the shipping method selected during checkout.

Handling Time

All orders placed before 2 pm PST will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm PST, over the weekends, or on holidays will ship out on the following business day. Please note that this is the handling time and does not include the shipping time.

Shipping Time

Most orders shipping within the USA arrive in about 3 to 5 business days. However, we do offer premium expedited shipping services, which can deliver your order as soon as 1 to 2 business days.

Orders shipping overseas usually arrive within 1 to 2 weeks, assuming there are no delays or complications while in transit or when processing through customs. Please note that some international orders may take up to 30 business days to arrive if they experience delays in transit or when being processed by customs.
