L-Arginine Butyrate:  This form of arginine is used to activate the nitric oxide pathway and act as an inhibitor of the enzyme histone deacetylase which allows for the increased up-regulation of follistatin. Follistatin has been demonstrated in studies to inhibit the activity of myostatin, a negative regulator of muscular growth. Essentially, boosting follistatin promotes muscle growth. Additionally, the inhibition of histone deacetylase is said to be an effective preventive measure to both cancer and neurodegenerative diseases.

Copper:  Copper is a trace element required for human health. It is included here to prevent diet-related deficiency, which may impair vasodilation.

Quercetin-Niacinamide Cocrystals:  Quercetin induces vasodilatory effects in humans in both in vivo and ex vivo experiments. Quercetin achieves this vasodilation by inducing phosphorylation of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) in endothelial cells, and also by the production of endogenous vasodilatory prostanoids through cyclooxygenase enzyme inhibition. In vitro experiments suggest quercetin is capable of increasing blood flow in blood vessels by up to 50%.

Visnadine-Cyclodextrin Complex:  Visnadine is a peripheral and coronary vasodilator. It is believed to be vasodilatory through inhibition of calcium entry through voltage-gated L-type channels, and not through the release of endothelium-derived relaxing factors.
